you will see below page.
Tap “Start Here – Contact Us”

Fill details under
'Create a New Account'

Afterr confirrmation email, your new Sign-In will be emailed within minutes. 

Then tap Sign-in to gain access to your own account.
Menu will be blank. Add Categories first, then menu items. 

First month is free, then to system will pop-up requesting direct debit details to continue the subscription. 
Cancel any time.
