Point of sale

Selling your products is a simple two action process, scan the items then click the method of pay. Eftpos payments amount is displayed in pinpad ready to accept customer payment. One receipt prints invoice and eftpos receipt.  For cash payments, the receipt is printed and cash drawer opens.

Product Catalogue

You may control all products listed in your catalogue from one source. These include adding new lines of products, changing prices etc.
The product catalogue is broken down to 5 levels of categories which can be tailored to your requirements Eg. apparel industry, by master category, sub category, and 3 user defined (style, colour & size).

Purchase Orders

Purchase Orders can be created instantly utilising the companies shared product catalogue. Use min-max level or replenish options to view and create orders by head office or individual branch, and can be delivered to one or many destinations. 

Stock and inventory

Here’s the real power of the system. Management can view all stock held in each store by click of a button, and because the system data is live, all information is up to the minute.
Transferring stock between stores is a breeze. Just select the branch you are transferring to then scan the items barcode. You may wish to print a consignment note for each delivery.

Software is supported by online user User guides.

If you have your own setup, that’s no problem. You can operate ClickPOS on any PC, including laptops, desktops even tablets. (Receipt printers, eftpos and label printers require windows operating system)

Sign up to ClickPOS web version and receive your login details. We provide one months free usage. We do not require payment details on signup, after 1 month you may opt to continue using & then the monthly fees apply. There are no long term contracts, so you may cancel at any stage.

When you Sign Up, we will
– Build a database specifically for your use and 
– Email you the Login details.
– One of support team will contact you during business hours to provide guidance.

For signing up you will need
– Your company details (name, address, email and tel.)
– Each store details (address, email and tel.)
– Your details as the Administrator (Name, email, tel)
The sign up process uses above information to create basic details of the company and all the stores. You will be asked to create COMPANY LOGIN CODE and PASSWORD, which will be used by all staff)
