For Restaurants

Floor Pan for table orders

Take orders directly from the tables using iPad or iPhone. The staff will simply select the table number from the floor plan, and take the order then Park Sale. Items will instantly print or display in kitchen and other stations such as Dinks to print or display in Bar, and coffee to the barista.
Select same table to continue adding orders. Finalise by tapping payment buttons.

Although you can take table orders using the Table list, the Floor Plan feature is optional – see Subscription & Pricing

Print QR code for each Table
Easily create and print your own QR code for menu. Create your own table numbers and Print QR code. Customer scans QR code, Views menu and orders.
Option to ‘Pay at counter’
Orders appears on front counter POS, display on kitchen bump screen.

You can use front counter printer to print orders and pass over to the kitchen, however this could be simplified by adding more printer(s) in kitchen or any other station.
Order docket includes Delivery Type, Table number or takeaway options and $ amount outstanding for telephone or QR orders.
Option to print each item to identify package content.
This includes adhesive linerless food package labels. Print and attach to bubble tea, coffee and burger type packages.

Bump Screen in the Kitchen

As order is taken, new items will display at one or more stations.
To mark as complete, tap the check box.
View summary of orders by delivery type
For noisy kitchens, connect bluetooth speakers to main iPad to activate chime to notify kitchen staff on incoming orders.

Supported Hardware
Bump screen : uses Google chrome browser allowing to use any operating system as bump display. Apple iPad, Android tablet or windows tablet (or PC with mouse keyboard). You are required to tap each order to mark that it is complete, so a touchscreen tablet is recommended. If you prefer a large screen, then use a windows pc with a mouse to tap items when complete.

You need internet

ClickPOS app requires internet connection as it is cloud based.
A strong wi-fi connection to iPad is necessary.

ClickPOS can work offline mode to cover intermittent loss of connection.
Table orders using iPads : Test furthest point in your establishment. if poor wi-fi connection, then invest in a wi-fi extender.

Use iPad as the point of sale. ClickPOS operates on iOS ver 14 +

Integrated eftpos : available to Australia only.
For non integrrated, use eftpos as stand alone and tap Eftpos button on ClickPOS to keep track of eftpos payments.

Printing receipts and orders

If you have more than one printer in your restaurant, then please note that each printer should be connected via the Ethernet or wi-fi connection.
For ethernet, Data cables should be laid from you interrnet modem to the each printer.

For those with one printer, use Bluetooth, ethernet or wi-fi connection.

Food Trucks

Food vans and trucks don’t have much space so, using a compact device like iPad is a perfect solution.
You will require an internet connection to your iPad.

Internet connection options for your mobile business
– An iPad with a sim card with data plan from local communications carrier.

If your iPad is wi-fi only,
– Buy a portable 4/5G mobile internet or
– Register with Starlink for satellite internet or
– Use your phone to Hotspot your iPad. This can be a backup as well.
Alternatively use an iPhone to make sales.. We have many mobile coffee vans using iPhone as the POS.
